Our membership applications are currently in two formats:

• PDF for Adobe Acrobat 3 and 4, or for print out. Print out and fill in manually.
  

After Filling out the application form, Don't forget to sign it near the bottom. The application must be signed. Enclose a check or money order (US funds) payable to "Concours Owners Group", and mail it to the address on the lower half of the form.

Individual membership is currently thirty seven dollars per year, and includes a copy of The Best of Chalkdust (a compendium of the tips and tricks we've learned about the Concours over the years), a subscription to The Concourier (recent covers), and a COG decal for your car, boat, or plane. Discounts are available for two and three year memberships. Second year members get a lapel pin, third year members get a key ring, fourth year get an embroidered patch.
