Rally Headquarters:

Andirons Lodge, 183 Route 100, West Dover, VT. 800.445.7669, 802.464.2114 (8 miles north of Junction of Rts 100 & 9, Wilmington, VT), $55 per night, double occupancy (Suites also available; rates to be negotiated at time of reservation), Standard cancellation policy applies. All rates are subject to 9% Vermont sales tax. When calling for reservations, be sure to mention the Concours Owners Group Rally to get negotiated rates listed.

  • The host offers 54 rooms, each with private bath, television and telephone. Some rooms have A/C, inquire at time of reservation if interested.
  • The host also offers a limited number of suites located in their Outback Building, which offers 2 queen size beds, microwave, small refrigerator, bar sink. A limited number of sofa beds are available upon request.
  • Motorcyclist friendly owner and staff.
  • Full size heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa.
  • Fun and games arcade room.
  • Billiards Sanctuary and Sports Bar.
  • Dover Forge Restaurant.
  • Ample paved parking area.

Grey Ghost Inn, 290 RT 100, West Dover, VT. 800.745.3615 / 802.4642474 (1.2 miles north of Host Hotel on Rte 100) 26 rooms with private bath @ $83 per night, double occupancy. 1–3 bedroom suite with two baths. (Suite rates to be negotiated at time of reservation) Standard cancellation policy applies. All rates are subject to 9% Vermont sales tax. Camping:

The Host Lodge will entertain a limited number of campers on site. The campsite rental fee will be applied to a single room rental for sharing room facilities for the campers. (Some restrictions apply: No grilling or camp fires allowed. The nearest campground is Molly Stark State Park, Rte 9 East, Wilmington, VT. For Vermont camping information, go to Camp Vermont.

Rally Fee: (US$) $40 per person. There will be a $5 discount for COG members, their immediate family or significant other. Refer to the rally registration form for details.

Rally Sign-in: Information will be available at the rally to direct you to the sign-in table area. The hours of operation for sign-in will be somewhat flexible, depending on the available staff to man the sign-in.

Riding: Self-guided, Sample route sheets will be provided or you can go out an explore on your own.

Saturday Banquet: The Saturday buffet dinner will be in the on site Dover Forge Restaurant. Meal selection to be determined.

Prizes: We plan to have a limited number of door prizes to be given away at the banquet dinner.
