Bug Splat 50/50
25 people
registered to play in Bug Splat. We collected $3 for one target
or $5 for two. The total collection ($120) was split between a
charity and the winner. The winner was Wayne Tenney whose splat
was a mere 0.45 from the target cross mark. When presented with
his winnings, Wayner donated it back to the charity fund. (Thanks
Wayne) As last year, we made a donation to the Wellsboro Fire
& Rescue. Second Assistant Chief Chad Boyce was on hand to
accept the donation.
Odometer Poker
Contest
Odo Poker
was included in the rally fee and only 26 people registered their
mileage to play. Here are the results:

Thoughts from the Rally
Phil Sikora, #6731
I'm STILL
trying out from the Spring Fling. Actually, as it's raining here in
Warwick, NY, I'm reliving that trip. I actually came to the rally
from Warwick via Bar Harbor so it was about 1200 miles to the rally
for me. That last day was 681 miles. I need to note that somewhere
as I'll probably never do that again. I guess that makes me the high
mileage person. Woo-hoo!
That WAS a rainy trip. It rained every day of my 8-day, 6-state trip.
I thought the Fling was way cool but was a little disappointed that
there were only four of us that camped the entire time. (Misery loves
company). It does seems like a good idea for this rally to motel it.
Maybe next year...
