A real benefit of belonging to the Concours Owners Group is attending one of the annual National Rallies which are planned and organized by COG volunteers. Activities at the rallies include plenty of rides (routes provided by local COG members), Experienced Rider Courses, Kawasaki dealer open houses, social gatherings, tech sessions (valve adjustments, carb cleaning, etc.), COG Women's Breakfast, and a banquet with guest speaker (such as Nick Ienatsch) and door prizes.
From 1990 through 1995 the rallies were more regional in nature; western, central, and eastern. Since 1996 we've had one national rally, moving the location around the continent, providing a great opportunity to see the USA and Canada. And to personally meet folks that you've only been acquainted with through the Concourier, newsletters, and the list server.
