What to Bring
Mandatory
If you don't have the following mandatory items when you arrive, you will be sent out to obtain them.
A good helmet
Eye protection or helmet face shield
Full-fingered gloves
Over-ankle boots
Long pants
Valid driver's license
Current registration and license plate
Proof of insurance as required by the laws of the state in which your motorcycle is registered.
Recommended
The 2006 entrants highly recommend rain gear.

Money (some bonuses may require the purchase of a small item or the entrance fee to a National Park or Monument)
Accurate clock
One quart of drinking water. Be safe, stay hydrated.

Tire repair kit and method of inflation

Loud Pipes Just Irritate People
Quiet pipes. Rally participants are strongly encouraged to avoid excessive exhaust noise. The reputation of motorcyclists is much more positive if we don't act like jerks and ride though peoples' lives assaulting their eardrums.
