Directions

• From Frisco, follow CO-9 31 miles south to Fairplay, a fun town to explore. A highlight is South Park City, an authentic restoration of a Colorado mining boomtown.
• South on US-285 for 10 miles.
• West on Weston Pass Road (CR-22) for 28 miles, crossing Weston Pass on the way to US-24 south of Leadville.
• North 5 miles on US-24 to Leadville.
• While in Leadville, visit the Mining Musuem and other old West attractions.
• Follow CO-91 and I-70 30 miles back to Frisco.
