Rally Vendor Information


This invitation is open to all COG Industry Members

You are cordially invited to attend the COG 2007 National Rally, August 7-12, 2007. This year the Rally will be held at Canaan Valley Resort, in Canaan Valley, WV.

Canaan Resort has plenty of space available for on-site vendors and we plan to use Conference Rooms adjacent to the rally check-in and rider briefing areas as the vendor area. Vendors needing larger areas for trailer sized displays or to provide service or install accessories on motorcycles should contact me and Canaan Resort to coordinate this. The vendor spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis. You must adhere to the vendor requirements of the resort, as specified by Canaan Valley Resort, along with any state requirements. Exhibitor fees can be found on the Canaan Resort web page. Go to the CONFERENCE FACILITIES menu item and select Fees & Equipment.

To be eligible to be a vendor at this event you must be a COG Industry Member. Membership to COG costs only $30 per year. Additionally, each vendor staff member must register as a rally participant and make thier own lodging arrangements.
