June Update
(Last
Update on Golf Outing)
Deadline for
Golf Sign-Up is July 1. Cost is $54 plus $18 for club rentals if
needed. It's going to be great fun and we do have some nice prizes.
The latest info for our golf outing is that we now have 14 signed
up. It takes place on Thursday, August 9, and starts at 8:30am.

May Update
Prizes for our
golf outing are starting to come in at a greater rate. Those of
you who haven't signed up, may just be persuaded to join us after
all, just to be eligible for the prizes. New to the list of prizes
are: two 50-buck Certificates from Ron Ayers Supply. Also, Murphs
has donated one 50-buck Certificate. Dicks Sporting Goods has donated
one 50-buck Certificate. As previously mentioned we have sleeves
of golf balls and two certificates from Canaan for greens fees/carts
for two people. We may also be getting more items from golf companies.
In addition, more letters have been sent to a variety of companies
and I'll be reporting on any new prizes soon. If you haven't signed
up yet - Do it! The info is in previous updates. I hope to hear

April Update
The latest info
for our golf outing is that we now have 13 signed up. It takes place
on Thursday, August 9, and starts at 8:30. Tee times have been assigned
and golfers will be notified of their specific tee times as we get
closer to National. Prizes are starting to come in as well. We have
two certificates for greens fees/cart certificates for two people.
If we get 20 golfers then we can offer a free night's stay at Canaan
Valley Resort. These items are being supplied by the Resort. In
addition, one of our golfers has a contact that may be able to get
us some PGA items as give-a-ways.
Now you all
need to do two things. First, keep your eye on the forum, in the
section about Rides/Rallies/National Rally, to see the latest. Refer
to National Golf Outing at Canaan. Second, sign up for golf. Cost
is $54 plus $18 for club rentals if needed. It's going to be great
fun and we do have some nice prizes.
March Update
The Golf Outing
for the National event in West Virginia will take place on Thursday,
August 9. Tee time is 8:30 and later, depending on how many people
sign up. Currently we have 12 people registered and willing to show
their talents and have some fun. The
cost for 18 holes/cart is $54. This includes a discount for our
group. Also, club rentals are available for $18. Please specify
if you need club rentals. Now
is the time to make a commitment as the course is filling up with
other events and vacationing golfers. Don’t delay in indicating
your interest. Please do so the first chance you get. Inquiries,
