Kawasaki Plant Tour - Pre-Rally

This tour is limited to a total of 120 people at the Kawasaki Plant in Lincoln, Nebraska. There will be 3 tour times - 8:00 am, 10:00 am and 12:30 pm - and each tour is only allowed 40 people each.

To be guaranteed a tour time for this event, we must have received a paid registration for the 2006 COG National rally by June12, 2006. If a tour time fills up, first preference will be given to COG members and then by date received for non-COG members. We will work closely with Kawasaki Lincoln Plant mangers to do our best to meet everyone’s time preferences.

All tour participants must follow the guidelines listed below.

Kawasaki Plant Tour Guidelines

1. Children must be 12 years of age or older to tour the facilities.

2. No shorts or open-toed/open-heeled shoes are allowed.

3. Cameras, camcorders, cell phones or recording devices of any kind are strictly prohibited in the Kawasaki facilities.

4. KMM will provide safety glasses that must be worn at all times while on the production floor.

5. Visitors must stay in the aisles and with the tour guide at all times.

Directions to the Lincoln Kawasaki Plant

1. Take I-80 Exit 401.

2. Head west on Highway 34 approximately 2 miles.

3. Kawasaki Plant is on the Southside of the road on Highway 34.

4. Park in the Main parking lot close to the building

Camp-A-Away

This is the closest campground site to the Kawasaki plant at approximately 2 miles away. Camp-A-Away is one of the cleanest campgrounds you will find in the Midwest. Their features include a heated pool, indoor spa, and free wireless internet.
