Well, we made it. I'll leave it to the attendees to say how good or bad it was. Folks that I talked to all enjoyed it. Some had feedback on this item or that item that would be usefull to me in the future.
My intention in hosting the rally here in Washington was to get folks out here, help them explore our beautiful state, ride some great back roads, meet other folks. From that standpoint, I deem it a success.
I knew that with us being on the "edge of the world" as compared to the eastern seaboard where a large portion of COGdom resides placed us at a disadvantage for attendance, and I had a goal to bring in 200 folks. We accomplished that goal.
One disappointment for me was how the banquet went. The catering facility set up only one serving line and attendees had to wait too long to get to the food. Lesson learned for me. On the other hand, Dr. Gregory Frazier's presntation was very well received.
